Handling and Shipment Policy
Return Policy:
Due to the personal nature of bath, body, and skincare products, returns are not accepted once products have shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly review your concern. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not been shipped.
Product Refunds:
Product refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Since each customer's senses may be different, no refunds will be based on the scent of a personal use product (Note: Unscented personal use products will not have fragrance added, but will still have a slight natural smell due to ingredients used and lightly scented personal use products may fade their scent over time if not used when purchased).
Shipment and Handling:
Indigo & Palm reserves the right to apply a small handling fee with any order to pay for additional packaging supplies required to get your order delivered safely. We can't compete with Amazon type shipping capabilities; we currently offer the use the US Postal Services (USPS) and UPS for shipment purposes. It is our desire to give the customer the choice for the most efficient and cost effective way to ship your products. Indigo & Palm processes order in the order received and ships as soon as possible.
The shipment method is determined by size, shape and weight of the products selected per order. Any mailing insurance is added by the customer at check out and added to the cost of shipment. Once products are shipped, via USPS or UPS or other services selected by the customer, Indigo & Palm's responsibility for package delivery will conclude (we can't file a claim if it shows delivered or lost...this does mean we as a small business we wouldn't care, but have no capability to resolve this situation financially).
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the proper address, chose a secure location for delivery and use any available tracking system. If a concern occurs, due to amount of purchase, please contact us before shipment and we may be able to have an alternate form of shipment (additional fees may apply).
All orders are processed in the order they are received. We work diligently to prepare and ship each package as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care of our handcrafted products. Please allow standard processing times prior to shipment, as many items are produced in small batches.
Certain products — including creams, balms, butters, and wax-based goods — have naturally low melting points. When temperatures are elevated, we take precautionary measures such as protective packing and insulation to help prevent heat damage during transit. However, once a package leaves our facility, shipping conditions are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that meltable products will not soften or melt in transit and are not responsible for heat-related changes that may occur during shipping. Products that are sensitive to heat will be identified to customers prior to shipment whenever possible. For customers in warmer climates, expedited shipping or thermal packaging upgrades may be recommended at checkout at an additional shipment cost.
